The album itself is consists of old materials recorded from the 90s to the latest in 2004, the last year before they announced their hiatus. Some of the songs in this album are unreleased songs which were recorded when they were still together. There is also, one new song produced by Pharrell (possibly Pharrell Williams of N.E.R.D.) called "Nuclear" featured in Destiny's Child new album after 8 years.
